TML is a specialist intermediary-only mortgage lender that provides products and criteria that meet the needs of borrowers who are not served by the high street.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of the product roadmap
- Plan and co-ordinate supplier / technical delivery schedules
- Publish status reports at macro and micro levels
- Deliver individual projects
- Develop scope and define backlog items to guide our development teams, plan sprints and overall roadmaps for each initiative
- Implement project management structures from ideation to business readiness and adoption, ensuring smooth roll-out of key initiatives.
- Assess value and opportunity of each initiative
- Document robust requirements, regularly revisiting to deliver the optimum solution
- Manage and lead the analyst function.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to agree solutions for key deliverables
- Own and support the continuous improvement of policies, processes, and procedures
The Person
- You are an experienced and inspirational leader with a real understanding of Financial Services & Mortgage Lending specifically particular, with strong experience in project / product management
- You have natural commercial acumen and the skills required to drive transformation management
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit but can navigate effectively within a regulatory environment
- You have a track record of delivering projects from ideation to implementation and can be hands on at all stages
- You will have the leadership skills and experience to support the existing operation and develop a future structure and organisation to support our next phase of growth
- You are creative and resilient
- You lead from the front and support peers and teams
- You thrive in a fast paced and changing environment, you can manage and coordinate multiple complex workstreams with strong organisational skills
- You are an excellent communicator, with highly developed presentation skills, you can summarise complex program plans to all levels including Board
